I was taking Avandia 3 years ago prescribed by the Veterans Administration and suffered a heart attack which left the nerves in my legs all cramped up. I worked like that for two years until June 20 of last year when I could no longer stand the pain in my legs. I have been out of work since then and am now on SSD. Is there anything I can do?

We can't give legal advice, but it definitely sounds like you should consult an attorney in your area.
